Job summary

Teceze in the United States is seeking IT Deployment / Desktop Support professionals to support an Epic Go-Live project. You will deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripheral, and provide hands-on IT support during go-live.

The role requires deskside or field support experience, basic network troubleshooting, and a patient-focused approach in a healthcare setting. Epic go-live experience is a plus; hypercare after deployment is expected.

Qualifications

Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
Workstation and peripheral configuration.
Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
Healthcare or hospital IT experience is preferred.
Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
Hypercare/post-go-live support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other clinical IT devices.
Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
