Job summary

Fitness Connection in Charlotte seeks a Front Desk teammate to welcome members and guests and to drive an epic club experience. You will check in members, register guests, answer calls, and guide people to the right services while maintaining a vibrant, friendly atmosphere.

As a part-time team member, you’ll learn the EPIC Training Program and contribute to a high-energy, welcoming health club environment that helps members feel valued and supported.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to interpret contracts and pricing packages.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly between areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members and guests with EPIC hospitality.
• Answer phones with proper Fitness Connection verbiage and route inquiries.
• Assist with routing to Fitness Consultants and direct guests to appropriate services.
• Keep front desk and entryway neat, clean, and organized; support daily operations.
