Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate to create an EPIC welcome for every member and guest. You will manage check-ins, registrations, and telephone inquiries while guiding guests to the right staff.

The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy with the POS system, and a proactive retail approach at the ProShop. You will help maintain a clean, energetic front area and support club operations daily.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check-in members using proper procedures and register guests.
• Answer telephone promptly with standard Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultant as needed.
• Serve as the front desk hub for members, guests and teammates.
• Promote and stock drinks, snacks, supplements and ProShop merchandise.
• Maintain ProShop area and use POS and money handling procedures.
