Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate to deliver EPIC greetings and farewells, check members in, assist guests, answer phones, and route inquiries. You will be a central communication hub, promote ProShop items, and help keep the front desk neat and welcoming.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and adherence to club policies. Basic requirements include a High School diploma (GED accepted) and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly around the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check-in members and register guests using proper procedures.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to the right team member.
• Serve as central hub for members, guests and teammates.
• Promote drinks, snacks and ProShop items; maintain retail area.
