Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate to deliver EPIC hospitality to members and guests. You will handle member check-ins, guest registrations, phone inquiries, and basic ProShop duties with a focus on friendly, professional service.

As part of the EPIC Training Program, you will learn the membership system, product knowledge, and club operations while supporting the entire team in a fast-paced environment in Texas.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to interpret personal training contracts and pricing packages.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members and guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Register guests and direct them to appropriate Fitness Consultants.
• Answer phone promptly and route inquiries to the right team.
• Maintain front desk area and assist with basic club cleaning routines.
• Promote and assist with ProShop products and merchandise.
