Job summary

Fitness Connection in Houston, TX is seeking a Front Desk teammate to deliver EPIC hospitality. You will greet members, check in, register guests, answer phones, and support club operations with energy and care.

The part-time role requires a High School Diploma or GED, customer service experience, and strong English communication. Training through the EPIC program will prepare you to represent Fitness Connection at the front desk.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide EPIC greetings and farewells to members and guests.
• Check-in members and register guests using proper procedures.
• Answer calls and route inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Assist with directing guests to Fitness Consultants.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Operate POS and handle money accurately.
• Support club operations and teammates as needed.
