Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong technical computer skills.
• Previous EHR experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to teach adults.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated to assisting support to end-users during Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations.
• Serve as onsite application expert.
• Provide end user training and support, including on-call support schedule.
• Provide technical support for testing and for maintaining member-managed components of the software.
• Attending all OCHIN meetings, workgroups, and learning forums offered.
• These functions are not all inclusive.
