Job summary
Oyate Health Center is seeking an EHR and IT Support Specialist to provide frontline and specialized technical support for Epic and related clinical technologies. You will deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices, software, user access, connectivity, and telecommunications, while coordinating with IT, clinical operations, vendors, and users to keep systems secure and available.
The role emphasizes endpoint support, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service in a healthcare
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field plus 1 year of IT help desk experience.
- Experience deploying and supporting hardware, software, and network-connected devices.
- Valid driver license and vehicle insurance when driving is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line and specialized technical support for Epic and clinical technologies.
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and support end-user devices, software, user access, and connectivity.
- Liaise among IT, clinical operations, vendors and end users to ensure reliable system access.
- Assist with security, documentation, troubleshooting and escalation practices.
