Job summary

BJC HealthCare is hiring an EHR Application I Analyst to provide build support for Epic and other clinical applications. The role focuses on change requests, maintenance, documentation, and user problem resolution, with certifications due within 6 months of hire.

The position requires a local candidate, with onsite work at times, and a general IT support background. Excellent collaboration with hospital leadership and clinical staff is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in IT support or healthcare IT.
• Epic experience or certifications preferred within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide build support for Epic and clinical applications.
• Assist with change requests, maintenance and project demands.
• Design, test, document, and maintain software configurations.
• Support incident resolution and first-line investigations.
• May participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
