Job summary

Great Plains Tribal Health seeks an EHR and IT Support Specialist to provide frontline and specialized support for OCHIN Epic and related clinical technologies. The role deploys, configures, maintains, and supports end-user devices, software, user access, connectivity, telecommunications, and peripheral equipment to enable reliable healthcare delivery.

As a liaison among Information Technology, clinical operations, vendors, and end users, you will help ensure secure, efficient access to systems

Qualifications

Associate degree and 1 year of related IT/help desk experience, or high school diploma and 3 years of related experience.
Experience deploying and supporting hardware, software, user accounts, network-connected devices, telecommunications, and peripheral equipment.
Valid driver license and vehicle insurance meeting state requirements when driving is required.
Working knowledge of endpoint support, OCHIN Epic and clinical technology, access management, networking, security, telecommunications, infrastructure support, troubleshooting, documentation, customer service, and escalation practices.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line and specialized technical support for OCHIN Epic and enterprise IT systems.
Deploy, configure, maintain, and support end-user devices, software, user access, connectivity, telecommunications, and peripheral equipment.
Serve as a liaison among IT, clinical operations, vendors, and end users to ensure reliable, secure access to systems.
