Job summary

Siouxland Community Health Center in Sioux City, IA, seeks an EPIC Support Analyst for a full-time on-site role. The successful candidate will provide primary end-user support during Practice Management and Electronic Health Record implementations and serve as the on-site application expert.

Responsibilities include end-user training and support (on-call schedule), testing and maintaining system components, and participation in OCHIN meetings and learning forums.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong technical computer skills.
• Previous EHR experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to teach adults.

EPIC SUPPORT ANALYST - 1 Full Time opening

Hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• High level of technical computer skills.
• Previous EHR experience required.
• Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills and adult teaching techniques.
