Job summary

Health First seeks an Epic Applications Analyst I to provide first-level support for the Epic EHR system. You will troubleshoot inquiries, assist with basic configuration, perform routine testing, and help create training resources for clinical and operational staff.

You will collaborate with Senior Analysts to ensure timely issue resolution and contribute to onboarding programs, with a focus on user satisfaction and smooth day-to-day EHR operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in IT, Healthcare, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of healthcare/IT support or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for Epic EHR to all associates and guide system functionality.
• Assist in basic system configuration and data entry to support templates and workflows.
• Administer routine QA tests on new features and report issues to seniors.
• Assist in developing user-facing training materials and onboarding resources.
• Provide introductory EHR training sessions one-on-one under supervision.
• Utilize service management/ticketing to track reports, updates, and incidents.
• Escalate unresolved/complex incidents to Senior Analysts with proper documentation.
