Muslim Community & Health Center in Milwaukee seeks an Epic Support Analyst to manage, optimize, and support the Epic EHR system through OCHIN. You will serve as the primary liaison with OCHIN for Epic-related activities, work with clinical and admin teams, and help ensure regulatory compliance and efficient patient care.

This on-site role requires residing within commuting distance to the clinic. You will handle system configuration, user access, testing, training, and reporting while promoting

Competenze

• Two years of experience supporting healthcare information systems or EHRs.
• Experience with Epic and/or OCHIN Epic is strongly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare settings and end-user support is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Serve as liaison between MCHC and OCHIN for Epic EHR support and upgrades.
• Provide technical and workflow support to optimize EHR use and efficiency.
• Coordinate testing and deployment of system updates and enhancements.
• Develop user guides and training materials for Epic functionality.
• Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain system configurations and ensure data integrity.
