Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in New Jersey seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform and integrated clinical informatics tools within Revenue Cycle Management, covering CDI, coding, billing, and analytics.

You will define product strategy, align with senior leaders, and partner with engineering, design, and analytics to deliver end-to-end solutions that improve healthcare delivery and outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management including charge capture, coding, billing and collections.
7–10 years in product management or healthcare informatics.
Demonstrated leadership, ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication translating technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategy for the Epic Domain aligned with OKRs.
Roadmap planning, backlog management and prioritization with business stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, data science and design to build solutions.
Design end-user friendly products with extensive requirements gathering.
Launch new products with training materials and documentation.
Provide executive status reports, risk assessments and decision support.
