Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and roadmap for the Epic EHR platform and integrated clinical informatics tools within the Revenue Cycle Management domain. You will own requirements for CDI, coding, billing, collections, accuracy, and analytics to improve end-to-end healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including charge capture, coding, billing, and collections.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader with ability to drive decisions and coordinate resources.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and ability to translate technical topics for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for Epic Domain aligned with OKRs.
• Roadmap definition with backlog management and prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products.
• Design intuitive end-user products with user research and detailed requirements.
• Lead launch activities with training materials and documentation for end-users.
