Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmap for the Epic EHR platform and integrated clinical informatics in the Revenue Cycle Management domain. You will own product strategy for CDI, coding, billing, and A/R completeness, applying Epic expertise, user-centric design, and agile methods to drive adoption, quality and safety.
You will partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and translate business goals into actionable initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management (coding, billing, collections)
- 7-10 years in product management/healthcare informatics
- Proven leader with strategic decision making
- Collaborative with senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with analytics
- Change management and user adoption
- Epic certifications in relevant modules (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategic direction for Epic Domain
- Define product roadmap with stakeholders and manage backlogs
- Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design
- Design high-quality, intuitive products with end-users
- Launch products with training and documentation
- Provide executive reporting on status and risks
- Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments
- Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for releases
- Assist in recruiting and developing talent in a fast-paced global environment
