Job summary

CVS Health seeks a senior Product Owner to lead Epic-based informatics initiatives across enterprise healthcare delivery. You will own the product lifecycle, translate clinical needs into requirements, and partner with clinical, technical, and operational teams to drive adoption and safety.

Responsibilities include discovery, configuration, and roadmap execution, plus collaboration with analytics and training teams to ensure successful releases and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics.
Deep Epic expertise, including hands-on experience with Epic modules and tools.
Ability to translate clinical needs into product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Owns the Epic-based product lifecycle from ideation to go-live.
Leads discovery, requirements, configuration, and enhancements of Epic solutions.
Partners with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
Drives adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.
Coordinates with engineering, data science, and analytics teams for delivery.
Delivers executive-level reports on status, risks, and decisions.
