Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior product owner for Epic-based informatics solutions to drive strategy and execution across the Epic ecosystem. You will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to translate needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle management, mentor teams, and ensure delivery speed and quality while aligning with organizational OKRs and governance processes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product management or healthcare informatics.
• Deep Epic platform expertise and hands-on experience with Epic modules.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the lifecycle.
• Own the full lifecycle for Epic-based tools and workflows, including vendor evaluation.
• Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business, clinical, and operational teams to align with OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams in agile development.
• Develop risk and issue logs with escalation paths.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on status and risks.
• Support training and change management for Epic releases.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing talent.
