CVS Health Corporation is seeking a senior product owner for the Epic EHR and informatics tools. You will manage the product lifecycle, translate clinical needs into requirements, and drive adoption and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.

Leverage Epic expertise and agile practices to partner with clinical, technical, and operational teams. You will influence roadmaps, define milestones, and ensure timely delivery in a complex healthcare setting.

Qualifications

7–10 years in product management/health informatics.
Deep Epic expertise with clinical informatics.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare tech projects on time.

Responsibilities

Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across clinical landscape.
Owns full lifecycle for Epic tools from ideation to go-live.
Creates features and workflows based on stakeholder research and CX needs.
Translates goals into actionable product requirements and plans.
Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to align vision with OKRs.
Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture in agile sprints.
Maintain risk logs and mitigate risks across domains.
Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups.
Deliver executive reporting on status and risks.
Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments.
Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for releases.
Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing talent.
