- 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics.
- Epic certification(s) in one or more modules.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders in a large enterprise.
- Experience delivering complex healthcare technology projects.
- Strong data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and execution for the Epic EHR platform.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery.
- Translate clinical and operational needs into product requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Define and drive execution pathways with milestones and dependencies.
- Provide executive reporting on product status and risks.
