Qualifications

7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management or healthcare informatics.
Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience in Epic software, modules, and tools.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the lifecycle.
Own full product lifecycle for Epic tools—from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations.
Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements and project plans.
Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to align product strategy with OKRs.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams in agile development.
Develop risk logs and mitigate risks across technical and operational domains.
Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
Deliver executive-level status reports on risks and decisions.
Support release readiness and adoption through training and change management.
