Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead Epic and clinical informatics initiatives. You will own the product lifecycle for Epic-based tools, align with clinical and operational partners, and drive adoption and safety across enterprise informatics.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and IT teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, translate clinical needs into clear requirements, manage risks, and report progress to senior leaders.

Qualifications

7–10 years in product mgmt, healthcare informatics or health IT.
Deep Epic expertise with hands-on Epic software in a healthcare enterprise.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions and align with clinical and operational stakeholders.
Own full lifecycle for Epic-based tools and workflows from ideation to go-live.
Create features, stories and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
Define execution plans with milestones and dependencies across teams.
Translate use cases into actionable product strategy tied to OKRs.
