CVS Health is seeking a seasoned product leader to own Epic EHR and related informatics tools. You will drive the full product lifecycle, from ideation to go-live, by partnering with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate needs into actionable requirements.

You will apply deep Epic expertise and agile practices to improve adoption, safety, and outcomes across enterprise informatics initiatives, coordinating across engineering, data science, and operations to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics.
• Deep Epic expertise, including hands-on experience with Epic modules and tools.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Strong ability to translate clinical and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead Epic EHR product strategy and execution across clinical informatics.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and deployment.
• Partner with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to define requirements.
• Apply Epic and informatics best practices to drive adoption, quality, and safety.
• Act as product owner for Epic-based solutions and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Develop features and workflows from clinical insights and CX needs.
• Define execution plans with milestones and dependencies across workstreams.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and integration teams in an agile process.
• Deliver governance, testing procedures, and risk management for Epic programs.
• Support readiness and adoption through change management and training teams.
