Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience configuring or overseeing Epic software.
• Proven ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, advancing clinical and operational delivery.
• Own full lifecycle for Epic-based tools from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations.
• Define features and workflows based on clinical insights and stakeholder research.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements and project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and operations.
• Develop risk logs and ensure issue mitigation with clear escalation.
• Deliver executive-level status reports and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support adoption and training to ensure successful product releases.
