Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the Epic EHR domain and related clinical informatics tools. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate needs into Epic requirements.

You will guide discovery, design workflows, manage risk, and drive adoption and safety across enterprise informatics to improve patient care. Epic expertise and agile practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management or health IT experience.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience managing Epic software.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leader able to coordinate resources in a matrix environment.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics collaboration.
• Experience with change management and user adoption of clinical tech.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across clinical and operational landscape.
• Own full lifecycle for Epic-based tools, including vendor evaluations.
• Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translate goals into actionable product requirements and project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams in an agile setting.
