Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Epic product owner to lead Epic-based informatics initiatives that improve patient care and health outcomes. You will partner with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate clinical needs into actionable product requirements and guide end-to-end delivery of Epic-based solutions.

The role requires deep Epic expertise, strong leadership, and a data-driven mindset to drive adoption and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics/health IT product/project management.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience in Epic modules and tools within a healthcare enterprise.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leader who drives strategic decisions, owns outcomes, and coordinates resources.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions; translate clinical needs into product requirements.
• Own full lifecycle for Epic tools and workflows from ideation to go-live; evaluate buy vs. build.
• Create features and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs; prioritize backlogs.
• Translate informatics goals into actionable requirements and project plans with milestones.
