Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic electronic health record (EHR) domain and integrated clinical informatics tools. You will own the product strategy for Revenue Cycle Management, focusing on CDI, coding, billing, collections, integrity and analytics to improve end-to-end clinical documentation and A/R processes.

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management (charge capture, coding, billing, collections)
• 7-10 years in product management and/or healthcare informatics
• Proven leader with ability to drive strategic decisions and own outcomes
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and ability to translate technical topics

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for Epic Domain aligned with OKRs
• Oversee product roadmap, backlog prioritization, and business case development
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design in an agile environment
• Partner with design to gather requirements and ensure user needs are met
• Lead launch planning, training materials, and end-user documentation
• Deliver executive reporting on status, risks, and decisions
• Support Epic assessments governance and change management readiness
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing talent
