CVS Health is seeking an experienced product leader to own Epic and related informatics platforms, translating clinical needs into actionable product strategy and roadmaps. You will collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to drive adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.

You will oversee the full lifecycle from ideation to go-live, manage risk and governance, and ensure alignment with organizational OKRs while delivering measurable improvements

Formación

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT projects.
• Epic expertise including hands-on management or configuration within a healthcare enterprise.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leadership with ownership and resource coordination for project outcomes.
• Highly collaborative and able to translate technical topics for senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset to measure product impact and work with analytics teams.
• Strong problem solving, execution, and growth mindset for fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across clinical and operational domains.
• Owns full lifecycle of Epic-based tools—from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations.
• Creates features and workflow designs based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translates strategic goals into actionable product requirements and project plans.
• Partners with clinical, business, and operational teams to align vision with organizational OKRs.
• Coordinates with engineering, data science, and architecture teams in an agile process.
• Maintains risk logs and ensures escalation and resolution pathways.
• Delivers executive-level status reports on risks and decisions; supports training and change management for releases.
