Job summary

CVS Health seeks a product owner for Epic and informatics solutions to lead the product lifecycle from ideation to go-live. You will translate clinical needs into requirements, work with clinical, technical, and operational partners, and drive adoption and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in product management and healthcare informatics/health IT.
• Deep Epic software expertise within a healthcare enterprise.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leadership and ability to coordinate resources in a matrixed environment.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset; able to translate analytics into product impact.
• Proficient in change management and driving user adoption of clinical tech.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the product lifecycle.
• Own the Epic-based tools and workflows from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations.
• Create features and user stories based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Define execution pathways with milestones and dependencies across workstreams.
• Collaborate with business, clinical, and operational teams to align product strategy with organizational OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile sprints.
• Develop risk and issue logs with clear escalation paths.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic releases with training teams.
