Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead strategy and execution for the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.
You will apply Epic expertise, user-centric design, and agile practices to drive adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives, shaping healthcare
Qualifications
- 7–10 years in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT.
- Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience in Epic software and modules.
- Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, aligning with clinical and operational needs.
- Own full lifecycle for Epic tools, including prototyping, build, testing and go-live.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements and project plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, quality and safety.
- Lead executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions for Epic initiatives.
- Support readiness, change management, training, and feedback loops for releases.
