Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics.
• Deep Epic expertise including configuration or oversight of Epic software modules.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leader capable of coordinating resources in a matrixed organization.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure product impact with analytics teams.
• Strong change management and user adoption skills for clinical tech.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the Epic ecosystem.
• Owns full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools from ideation to go-live with vendor evaluations.
• Creates features, stories, and workflow designs based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Defines execution pathways and translates goals into actionable product requirements and plans.
• Partners with business, clinical, and operational teams to align product strategy with OKRs.
• Coordinates across engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile sprints.
• Develops risk and issue logs, with escalation and resolution processes.
• Delivers executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
