CVS Health is seeking an experienced product owner to lead the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools. You will drive the product lifecycle, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements and outcomes across enterprise informatics initiatives.

You will apply Epic expertise, agile methods, and user-centric design to deliver safe, high-quality clinical solutions that improve patient care.

Competenze

7-10 years of experience in product management or healthcare informatics.
Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience configuring or overseeing Epic software.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
Proven leader with ability to drive decisions and coordinate resources.
Highly collaborative and able to translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
Data-driven mindset to measure impact and guide decisions.
Adept at problem solving, collaboration, and execution.
Adept at change management and driving user adoption of clinical technology.
Experience with business intelligence and translating data into insights.

Mansioni

Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, understanding clinical and operational needs.
Owns full lifecycle for Epic tools and workflows from ideation through go-live.
Creates features, stories, and workflow designs based on insights and CX needs.
Translates strategic goals into actionable product requirements and plans.
Partners with business, clinical, and operational teams to define product vision tied to OKRs.
Coordinates with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile development.
Maintains risk and issue logs with mitigation strategies.
Leads cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
Delivers executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
Supports training and change management for Epic releases.
