CVS Health seeks an Epic product owner to lead strategy and execution for Epic EHR and related informatics tools. You will own the lifecycle from ideation to delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate needs into practical product requirements.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in product management/health informatics or health IT.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience in Epic software/modules.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare tech projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leadership with ownership and resource coordination.

Responsabilités

• Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end Epic-based tools from ideation to go-live, including vendor evals.
• Create features and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translate informatics goals into actionable product requirements and plans.
• Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to align product strategy with objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams in agile development.
• Maintain risk and issue logs with escalation paths.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status and risks, and build stakeholder relationships.
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for releases.
