Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to guide design, configuration, development, and optimization across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains. You will provide both technical and functional leadership for Epic applications, integrations, and enhancements aligned with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Epic EHR experience with hands-on build and configuration.
• 3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems.
• Active Epic certification(s) in one or more modules.
• Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and operations.
• Experience leading complex Epic projects or large-scale implementations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across modules.
• Serve as escalation point for Epic-related development issues.
• Define Epic development standards, guidelines, and governance.
• Align Epic development with clinical workflows and organizational strategy.
• Oversee Epic integration, upgrades, and testing strategies.
• Translate clinical needs into technical Epic solutions and support go-lives.
