Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to drive design, configuration, and optimization of Epic solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains. You will lead technical and functional efforts, partner with clinicians, informatics, IT leadership, and vendors to deliver scalable Epic workflows and integrations.

Qualifications

Certified in Ambulatory OR Healthy Planet OR Both.
7+ years of Epic EHR experience, including hands-on build and configuration.
3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across modules.
Define Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes.
Oversee Epic integrations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
Translate clinical needs into technical Epic solutions and support go-lives.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission, and regulatory requirements.
