Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to guide design, configuration, and optimization of Epic solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains. You will provide technical and functional leadership for Epic development, integrations, and enhancements, aligning with workflows and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with clinical stakeholders, informatics, IT leadership, and vendors to deliver scalable Epic implementations that improve patient care and clinician

Qualifications

Certified in Ambulatory OR Healthy Planet OR Both.
Demonstrated experience thinking critically and using deep problem solving skills in a large matrixed healthcare organization.
Experience presenting and solving problems with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across assigned Epic modules.
Define and enforce Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes.
Partner with Informatics, Clinical Leadership, and IT leadership to align Epic development with organizational strategy.
Contribute to Epic roadmap planning, optimization initiatives, and system upgrades.
Guide Epic integrations (HL7, FHIR, Bridges, Interconnect, APIs) and ensure reliable data exchange.
