Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to guide design, configuration, and optimization of Epic solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains. You will partner with clinicians, informatics, IT leadership and vendors to deliver scalable Epic solutions that improve patient care and efficiency.

The role requires leadership of Epic teams, governance of standards, and overseeing integrations, upgrades, and testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of Epic EHR experience, including hands-on build and configuration.
3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems.
Active Epic certification(s) in one or more Epic modules.
Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across assigned Epic modules.
Define and enforce Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes.
Oversee Epic application build, configuration, and customization across modules and integrations.
Translate clinical and operational needs into technical Epic solutions and engage stakeholders.
Monitor system performance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
