Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to drive design, configuration, development, and optimization across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle areas. You will lead teams, ensure best practices, and align Epic work with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with clinicians, informatics, IT leadership, and vendors to deliver scalable Epic solutions that improve patient care, clinician efficiency, and performance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of hands‑on Epic EHR experience with build and configuration.
• 3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role.
• Active Epic certification(s) in one or more modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic analysts and developers across assigned modules.
• Define development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Oversee Epic configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Guide HL7, FHIR, Bridges, and API integrations and testing.
• Engage stakeholders to translate clinical needs into Epic solutions.
• Support go-lives and post‑implementation optimization.
