Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks an EHR Applications Manager (Pharmacist) to lead the Epic EHR platform across an enterprise environment, ensuring reliable, secure functionality aligned with organizational goals.

You will oversee builds, configurations, testing, upgrades, and release cycles using Epic tools (Sherlock, Nova, Orion), guiding analysts and coordinating with operations to optimize clinical workflows while maintaining high system availability.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required.
• RP - Registered Pharmacist in PA upon hire is required.
• Epic certifications and extensive Epic platform experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, and support of Epic EHR and related applications.
• Oversee system builds, configurations, testing, upgrades, and releases.
• Coordinate with IS&T and clinical ops to align workflows with organizational goals.
• Provide mentorship to analysts and ensure best practices across design and implementation.
