Job summary
Jefferson Health in Fort Washington, PA seeks a seasoned IT leader to oversee the design, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise EHR and related clinical applications. You will align application strategy with clinical goals, drive adoption, and ensure interoperability across the health system.

Qualifications
- 7 years of implementation and support experience in Information Services or healthcare.
- Experience with large-scale Epic implementations and upgrades.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Project management experience including budgets and resources.
Responsibilities
- Oversees design, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise EHR and clinical apps.
- Partners with senior leaders to define requirements and drive adoption of technology.
- Provides governance for configuration, optimization, and integration.
- Leads teams through planning, testing, deployment, and improvement.
- Manages vendor relationships, budgets, and performance metrics.
