Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced IT leader to identify and implement optimal technical solutions for complex healthcare challenges. You will develop work plans for system upgrades, oversee configuration and maintenance across environments, and drive process improvements while mitigating risks.

The role requires Epic build and certification expertise, strong project management, and proven team leadership within a large hospital/IDN IT setting.

Qualifications

• Epic certification and additional Epic certifications required
• Large hospital/IDN IT experience
• Experience with analysis, testing and documentation for complex systems
• Experience in project management and budget/resource planning
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement optimal technical solutions across systems
• Develop and manage work plans for system upgrades
• Oversee configuration and maintenance across environments
• Analyze workflows to improve processes and address issues
• Author specifications and documentation
• Design and execute advanced test scenarios to validate performance
• Contribute to technology standards and best practices
• Provide input on resource estimation and project timelines
• Ensure timely delivery and manage risks and variances
• Coordinate Epic applications such as MyChart, EpicCare Link, Care Everywhere
