Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a senior leader to guide the development, optimization, and support of the Epic EHR platform within a large enterprise environment.

The role focuses on reliable, secure Epic functionality, coordinating system builds, configurations, tests, upgrades, and releases using Sherlock, Nova, and Orion tools. You will mentor analysts and align work with IS&T and clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic applications development, support, and lifecycle
• Demonstrated leadership in healthcare IT projects and teams
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver integrated Epic solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in supporting Epic and related applications across clinical/operational domains
• Oversee Epic design, build, testing, upgrades, and release cycles
• Coordinate with IS&T and operational leaders to prioritize work and manage risk
• Mentor analysts, enforce Epic best practices, and ensure security and scalability
• Establish standards for integration design, documentation, and lifecycle management
