Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks a strategic leader to oversee enterprise EHR and clinical applications across the health system. The role partners with clinical and operational leaders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption of technology that improves patient outcomes.

7+ years of implementation and support experience in Information Services or healthcare
Experience with large-scale implementation and upgrade programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead strategic design, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise EHR and related clinical applications.
Define requirements with clinical/operational leaders and prioritize initiatives.
Drive adoption of technology solutions ensuring compliance and interoperability.
Govern configuration, integration, and optimization across platforms.
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and performance metrics.
Oversee planning, testing, deployment and continuous improvement of applications.
Foster innovation and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Develop staff and mentor managers across levels
Escalate risks and drive resolution to maintain timelines
Ensure outcomes meet quality standards
