Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting healthcare or enterprise applications
Experience with application configuration, workflow analysis, and production support
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience working directly with operational stakeholders and end users
Strong documentation, testing, and change management experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field

Responsibilities

Drive both application support and project-based initiatives while improving workflow efficiency and system utilization
