The role focuses on application build and training, requiring strong collaboration with architects, tech leads, and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–7 years of experience in system analysis and support in healthcare.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of healthcare system analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and design Epic build.
• Create and maintain specifications and change control documents.
• Lead project management for small system implementations and upgrades.
• Provide training and documentation for Epic and related apps.
• Coordinate release management and post-live support.
