Job summary

University Health seeks an Epic Ambulatory Application Analyst to support Epic Ambulatory modules and collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to optimize workflows that support end-user needs and patient care.

Responsibilities include designing, testing, and maintaining Epic functionality, and guiding end users through solutions. Epic pre-assessment may be required; healthcare IT experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Epic Ambulatory experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass Epic pre-assessment or equivalent as required.
• Healthcare IT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary support contact for Epic Ambulatory applications.
• Design, configure, test, and maintain Epic functionality to support workflows.
• Partner with end users to identify needs and develop system solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for Epic applications.
• Coordinate and manage Epic-related projects, upgrades and tasks.
• Support implementation efforts and ongoing optimization of Epic workflows.
• Build strong relationships with clinical, operational and IT teams.
