Job summary

Medisys Health Network, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Certified Data Management Product Manager to define and deliver data solutions that support Epic EHR operations, reporting, analytics, and data governance.

You will align business needs with scalable data products and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams. In this role you will manage roadmaps, backlogs, and data integrations while promoting data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance under HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT/Healthcare or related field.
• Minimum five years in healthcare IT, Epic systems, data management, analytics, or product management.
• Epic certification or proven experience with Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, or related Epic apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for Epic data management, reporting, analytics, and related data solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering with clinical, operational, informatics, reporting, interface, and technical teams to translate needs into actionable specs.
• Oversee backlogs for Epic data models, reporting workflows, dashboards, extracts, integrations, data governance, and analytics initiatives.
• Ensure design, configuration, testing, validation, and optimization of Epic data solutions in collaboration with IT and analytics teams.
• Promote data integrity by establishing standards, validation processes, and issue-resolution workflows for Epic data assets.
