CVS Health Corporation is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead Epic EHR platform strategy and execution. You will own the product lifecycle for Epic-integrated solutions, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and roadmaps.

You will apply Epic domain expertise, user-centric design, and agile methods to drive adoption, safety, and outcomes across enterprise informatics initiatives that improve healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product management and healthcare informatics.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on Epic software experience.
• Proven ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven with ability to translate metrics into action.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across clinical and operational domains.
• Owns the full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools, from ideation to go-live.
• Develops features, stories, and workflows for Epic products based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Defines execution plans with milestones and dependencies across workstreams.
• Partners with business, clinical, and technical teams to align product vision with organizational OKRs.
• Coordinates with engineering, data science, and integration teams in an agile environment.
• Maintains risk and issue logs and escalates with clear resolution paths.
• Delivers executive-level product status reports and builds stakeholder relationships.
• Supports training, change management, and adoption activities for Epic releases.
