Job summary

Medisys Health Network, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Operations Product Manager to define and advance the Epic-enabled clinical operations product strategy.

You will partner with clinical, operational, IT, analytics, and executive stakeholders to identify workflow needs, translate business requirements into product specs, and deliver scalable solutions that improve patient care and provider efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field as outlined in the job posting.
• Experience with Epic, clinical applications, healthcare operations, informatics, product management, or health tech delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Epic clinical operations roadmap aligned with goals, priorities, and performance targets.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to translate needs into clear product requirements.
• Lead discovery, scoping, prioritization, and execution of Epic enhancements and upgrades.
• Serve as SME for Epic-enabled clinical operations and adoption strategies.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with analysts, informatics and IT teams.
