Job summary

Medical Mutual in Ohio seeks a seasoned Manager, Epic Payer Platform Data Engineering to lead the EPP data engineering workstream. You will architect and deliver secure, scalable data integrations for eligibility, member, provider, and clinical data across the Epic Payer Platform, guiding a team of engineers and analysts.

You'll partner with Epic, business and clinical stakeholders, and IT teams to drive interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7/APIs), governance, and performance improvements that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, software development or related field.
• Eight+ years of experience in data engineering, integration, or healthcare tech, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineers and analysts in designing and delivering integration pipelines for the Epic Payer Platform.
• Establish secure, scalable integration patterns for eligibility and clinical data with provider organizations.
